This page will guide you through removing our VPN Profile on your Apple iOS device. This is only applicable if you have previously used the older version of our iOS app ( version 1.0.5 ) to install a VPN connection profile.


You would need to remove the VPN profile from your iOS devices as uninstalling the previous version of our app alone is not enough.


However, if you've set up our VPN manually via the iOS VPN menu instead (i.e. manual L2TP or IKEv2), you would have to refer to our instructions below to delete the VPN settings from your iOS device.

To remove our VPN Profile on your Apple iOS device, follow the steps below.

(These instructions are made using an iPad 2 with iOS 7, but the basic principals should apply to all versions of iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad.)


Step 1: Get Started


From the main screen, tap on Settings.




Step 2: VPN Profile Settings


Tap on General, scroll down and select Profile.




Step 3: Removing VPN Profile


Select VPN Configuration Profile.



Tap on Delete Profile.



A pop up message will appear to confirm your choice. Tap Delete to confirm.



Congratulations! You've now successfully removed the existing VPN Profile configuration from your Apple device!
