Sorry, we know this is really frustrating.
When this happens, and the page is show everything is OK, ie all tick marks, you need to refresh your browsers cache, as it is 'remembering' the redirection to our site and is not actually trying the site you want to access.
Please see our faq articles on flushing your browsers cache.
If you're no longer using our service and but still getting redirected through our site, this means you have not removed our DNS addresses from your system.
To remove them, please refer to our article below on how to remove our DNS address from your system.
