My Private Network services require an active Internet connection to work.
We are not an Internet Service Provider, and as such our service does not replace your Internet connection but works alongside it to encrypt the connection (In the case of our VPN service) or allow you to bypass regional restrictions on TV streaming sites (MyTelly).
Because our service requires an active Internet connection, you must remain connected to the Internet to maintain a connection to our service. You will be disconnected from our service if your Internet connection is lost or disconnected.
While our service does not utilize any additional bandwidth by itself, we do not bypass any data caps or quota your ISP may have placed on your Internet connection.
Please note that quotas and data caps vary between ISPs. If you're unsure if you're affected by this, please contact your ISP for further assistance.
