First of all, please try to login into Le VPN's website using the link below using your My Private Network registered email address and password.
If you can login, you can then setup Le VPN connection on your Android device as per the instructions at the link below:

IMPORTANT: You will need to use your My Private Network VPN username and password to login into Le VPN Android app.
