Some live streams require you to have your device time zone set correctly to the app region.
For countries that has multiple time zones i.e USA, certain apps such as CBS will have different live streams depending on the selected time zones.
Instructions
To make this changes on your Apple TV 4, kindly follow the steps below:
1) Head to Settings > General > Time Zone > and select your time zone.
i.e. New York (Eastern), Los Angeles (Pacific time) , Denver (Mountain time).
2) Head back to General and change the Region Format to your selected country i.e. United States.
3) Reboot your Apple TV by going to Settings > System > Restart to save the changes.
