If you have set any custom DNS on your device such as our MyDNS addresses and wish to remove them, please follow the steps below:


  1. From your Xbox One homescreen, click on the Settings tab.
  2. Click on Network.
  3. Click on Advanced settings.
  4. You should be in the Change Settings page.
  5. Click on DNS settings.
  6. If you've set our DNS earlier, Manual should already be selected.
  7. Change this to Automatic.
  8. Click Done.
