From your Apple TV home screen, click on Settings.

Click on General.

You should now be in the General settings page, click on Network.

You will now see your connected network at the top of the screen.


Scroll down until you see DNS.


This is the current DNS saved on your Apple TV 4.


If the listed is the same as your router, then your network setting is most likely set to Configure DNS Automatically.
