From your Xbox One homescreen, click on Settings tab and click on Network.
Click on Advanced settings.
You should be in the Change Settings page.
On the right hand side of the menu, you will be able to see both your Primary DNS and Secondary DNS.
If the Primary DNS lists the same DNS as your Gateway, it could be that SimpleTelly has not been set up on your device.
