Firstly, sorry you are having problems, hopefully we will be able to get you connected without much further ado.
Error 807 is a Windows error that can occur when using the PPTP or L2TP protocol. It means that your computer cannot connect to our server.
Usually, this is down to a local configuration problem, either the VPN is set up incorrectly, or something is blocking the connection (usually your security software, firewall or router).
Firstly, to ensure you are trying to connect to the correct server, please can you try re-entering the server name in the VPN settings, the correct server names for each country are the three letter (ISO/UN) country code followed by .mypn.co, so for the United Kingdom, one would enter gbr.mypn.co
If this still fails, we have introduced an alternative VPN technology that uses the SSL protocol, and this usually performs better in circumstances where users are having difficulty using our standard VPN.
Full instructions for setting up your connection via SSL can be found on the following links:
Please give that a try and if you have any further problems, get in touch by sending us an email to support@my-private-network.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
