If you're having issues with our service, sometimes it would be helpful to flush or clear your DNS cache especially when you've just specified our DNS IPs for the first time.

Note: You should always try to clear your browser's cache first before trying to clear your Windows system cache. Please see our faq articles on flushing your browsers cache.

Windows 8
-------------

1. Press Win+X on your Keyboard to open the WinX Menu
2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin)
3. If you get User Account control warning, choose Yes.

 At the Command Prompt window,  enter the following command:

ipconfig /flushdns

If the command was successful, you will see the following message:

Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

Windows 7
-------------

1. Click the Start button.
2. Type in cmd in the start menu search box
3. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
4. If you get User Account control warning, choose Yes.

At the Command Prompt window,  enter the following command:

ipconfig /flushdns

If the command was successful, you will see the following message:

Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

Windows XP, 2000, or Vista
---------------------------------

1. Click the Start button
2. On the Start menu, click Run

Note: If you do not see the Run command in Vista, enter run in the Search bar.

At the Run box, type the following command;

ipconfig /flushdns

If the command was successful, you will see the following message:

Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
