Clearing your Safari's cache and website data is now easier on Safari 8 (default browser for Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite).
1) Browser settings
Once your browser is open, navigate to the Mac menu bar, click on Safari and select Clear History & Website Data.
2) Confirm selection
Now, select the duration you would like to clear, and click on Clear History. That's it, your browser's cache and history is now cleared.
3) Alternate method
Alternatively, you can clear the browser's cache and website data by clicking on the History tab and select Clear History & Website Data.
