If you are having problems connecting to the VPN within the app, do try a different protocol or restart the app, see if that resolves the problem.


If the connection still fails, you can send us the connection log for troubleshooting following the steps below:


1) Tap on the Menu icon on the top left of your Android phone.




2) From the Menu screen, tap on Send Debug Log




3) You will be prompted to open the log via the available apps on your phone, select your email client.



In this example, we selected Gmail but it could be any email client that you are using on your device.



4) Enter the required details and send it over to our support team, support@my-private-network.co.uk
