If you paid via PayPal Subscription, the first thing you need to do is cancel the current agreement, for details on how to do this please see this Knowledge Base article. This will ensure that you not end up with duplicate payments.
Once that is done, please send us an email to support@my-private-network.co.uk and tell us what you wish to do, we will then advise on the best way to do this based on your unused portion of your previous agreement.
